Cheese made with gold costs £60 a slice

An award-winning British cheese maker has created what’s being called the most expensive cheese in Britain with its Stilton Gold, a premium white Stilton made with edible gold leaf and gold-flecked cinnamon schnapps.

At £608 a kilo — Long Clawson’s Stilton Gold is bedecked in flecks of gold and is meant to be an extra luxurious addition to cheeseboards for the holiday season.

The cheese will be sold in limited supply during the run-up to Christmas.

Meanwhile, a Serbian cheese maker claims to sell the most expensive cheese in the world with its Pule, a cheese made with the milk of Balkan donkeys, at €1,000 a kilo.

The World Cheese Awards take place November 23 at the BBC Good Food Show.

Hip-hop theme for next Missoni collaboration?

Rapper Drake has a penchant for sweaters made by the Italian fashion house and harbors ambitions to be part of Missoni‘s next capsule line.

The musician revealed his interest in a partnership with the label during an interview for the December issue of GQ.

“Hopefully Missoni hollers at me and we get a sweater line popping,” he told the publication, when discussing his frequent appearances in Missoni jumpers.

Missoni has been open to mass market collaborations in the past, notably with its line for US department store Target back in September.

In an interview with the Los Angeles Times last month, Margherita Missoni expressed the brand’s desire for another collaboration.

At the time US department store Macy’s was mentioned as a possibility, although perhaps Drake’s comments will spark interest.

Ivanka Trump: All Set To Open SoHo Flagship Store

She always seems to be up to something, just as her father, and Ivanka Trump will be opening a flagship store at 109 Mercer Street in Manhattan’s trendy SoHo district this Friday (November 25).

The space will be 2,400-square-foot and will house Ivanka’s fine jewelry line, handbags, bridal accessories, and watch collection.

Ms. Trump told press, “The boutique is for the women of today; the sophisticated, modern woman. An Ivanka Trump Fine Jewelry customer will be able to purchase her wedding jewelry as well as a new briefcase or iPad case for work. Providing several categories is coherent with the lifestyle of our busy, multitasking female client, and is something we all need.”

Kicking off the week with a promotional appearance, the Victoria’s Secret Angels were spotted at Herald Square in New York City today (November 21).

Lady Gaga Opens Gaga's Workshop In NYC

Looking glamorous in the Big Apple, Lady Gaga was spotted exiting her hotel in New York City on Monday evening (November 21).

The "Judas" singer was decked out in a parachute white royal dress by Chanel as she posed with a few of her loyal Little Monsters while heading over to the nearby Barneys department store.

Of the night's plans, Gaga tweeted, "Getting ready for the opening of GAGA'S WORKSHOP at BARNEY'S in NY tonight! Wearing custom CHANEL by Karl Lagerfeld . #PinchMeMom #OhEmGee
